Account and billing
Limits and prices of the Free, Pro and Team plans, monthly and yearly payment, overage, card registration with Toss Payments, cancellation, and usage in Settings.

Free guarantees 1M input and 1M output tokens a month (prompt-cache reads and writes count as input) and pauses until the next month once either side is used up. The day pauses once 150 requests are reached. Days roll over at 00:00 UTC. The models are the seven listed under Models.
Pro and Team include $20 and $80 of model usage a month in the fee. Usage is metered per request at the model's list price (input, output and cache tokens). Anything beyond the included amount is overage: the USD cost is converted to KRW at the exchange rate and added to the next invoice. When the monthly cap ($200 or $1,000) is reached, requests stop for the rest of the month; upgrade the plan or wait for the next month.
Two ways to pay: monthly or yearly
There are exactly two:
- Monthly: the plan starts as soon as a card is registered. On the 1st of each month, last month's plan fee and overage are charged together, once.
- Yearly (paid up front): pay for twelve months at once and get two months free (ten times the monthly fee). The charge is made when the card is registered, and the plan opens only once it succeeds. At the end of the period it renews automatically on the same card. Overage is still charged separately on the 1st of each month.
Payments go through Toss Payments. Under Settings → LEVEL11 account, press Pro or Team; a checkout page opens in your browser and you register a card in the Toss Payments window. The card number is stored at Toss Payments only; LEVEL11 keeps the billing key Toss issues and a masked card label (issuer and partial number). When registration completes, the new plan is active when you return to LEVEL11.
If a charge fails it is retried daily; after seven days of failures the account drops to Free and you are notified by e-mail. Registering a card again in Settings restores the plan.
Cancelling
Press Cancel plan under Settings → LEVEL11 account.
- A monthly plan returns to Free immediately; the fee up to that month and any overage are charged one last time on the next 1st.
- A yearly plan keeps running until the paid period ends and simply does not renew.

Usage in Settings
Settings → LEVEL11 account shows today's requests and tokens, this month's usage against the included budget (Pro and Team), input and output token bars (Free), the plan fee and registered card, and for a yearly plan the date it runs until. When a limit is reached, the app says which one (daily requests, monthly tokens, monthly cap) in a clear message. If the gateway pauses for maintenance or because its service-wide budget is spent, the message says you can keep working with your own API key (BYOK) meanwhile.
