A design row on the start screen: "Figma design → web page", "Create a design in Canva" and "Build a web page" start the design assistant, which asks only the two things it needs. Canva connects on the first click with one approval in the browser; when Figma is not connected yet, the Connections tab opens. Results show up in the built-in browser.
Local models no longer choke on big tool lists: when the tools of your connected MCP servers would not fit a local model's context window, they are left out for that conversation; when the prompt itself is too large, you get the reason and the remedies right away instead of a minutes-long wait.
Several Codex tasks stay apart: Codex processes started at the same time are tracked per conversation, so deleting one conversation leaves the others' work running.
